How I Got My Body From 0 To Great. No BS.

Nov 5, 2024

Ok, before we get into this email guide.

This will not come like 1,2,3.

It took me 3 years to accomplish my body.

But, you came here for the info, so I can rely on you staying consistent right?

That's up to you, without further ado, let's begin.

We have to start in the gym of course.

I started a good 3 years back (time goes quick damnit).

In my first 2-3 months I saw the most progress, but as you go longer down the line your progress slows down.

In the beginning I did a lot of compound movements.

Squats, Deadlifts, & Benchpresses.

If there is one thing I learned with those movements, it's: Form first, then weight.

If you don't have your form right first then the chances of you injuring yourself are very very high.

I made this mistake with deadlift at first.

I was a month out of going to the gym.

So get your form right first.

When it comes to what exercises you want to do, it comes down to what you want.

Everyone is different.

Everyone has different goals when it comes to their health or exercising.

-Some want to get better with strength
-Some want to get better with their endurance
-Some want both

Everyone has different goals with this.

That's why you must identify yours.

"What do you want?"

Ask yourself that right now.

Now, when it comes to starting, you can either start on your own or have someone create a program for you.

I started with a program from my local gym.

But that quickly wasn't needed because my goals changed over time.

So I locked at:

-What do I train today?
-What compound movements are in that?
-What exercises target the smaller muscles?

Once I have the answers, I have my workout, and then: Lets goo to gym :)

Of course, you don't need to take it from me, it's a guideline for a reason.

Good luck on your journey, and always the best,
